    1. What we are

    GardenOffices.co is an independent online directory listing UK garden office, garden room and garden studio installers. We are not an installer ourselves and we do not act as an agent for the installers listed.

    2. Listings and information

    Company listings, pricing ranges, lead times and cost estimates are for general guidance only. We compile this information from public sources and the installers themselves, but it may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the installer before committing to a contract.

    3. Cost estimates

    Our cost estimator provides indicative price ranges based on typical UK builds. It is not a quote. Actual prices depend on site conditions, specification, location and the installer you choose.

    4. Quote requests

    When you submit a quote request, we share your details with the relevant installer(s) so they can respond. Any contract you enter into is between you and the installer — GardenOffices.co is not a party to it. We are not responsible for the quality of work, pricing accuracy or conduct of any installer listed.

    5. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Submit false or misleading enquiries
    • Scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the directory
    • Attempt to disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure

    6. Intellectual property

    The GardenOffices.co brand, layout, written guides and compiled directory are our intellectual property. Company names, logos and product images belong to the respective installers.

    7. Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, GardenOffices.co is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, your reliance on listing information, or any contract you enter into with an installer found via the directory.

    8. Changes

    We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
